Everything he said to me is absolutely true. Even if it's apparent that my brother sees too much of himself in this man I should make my husband. Don't worry, Joseph. You're far more interesting than Connor could ever hope to be.
It's ridiculous that I needed him to say those things at all. It's exactly as he says; it's nothing I didn't already know. My people deserve better of me. I can admit that. I can act upon that.
